As the US and Canadian governments continue to lie through their teeth about Chinese spy balloons and pretty much everything else related to foreign powers and homeland security, while Justin Trudeau dithers about whether he and his party knew about allegations of recent election interference from China, it’s worth reviewing Saskatchewan’s relationship with that country, particularly in telecommunications.
