Extended: Annual Subscription Offer
The response was really good so I've extended it by a day and opened it up to all new subscriptions.

The uptake on the discount offer was really good, however, so I’ve extended it by 24 hours and have opened the offer up to all subscribers, including brand new subscribers.

Bottom line is your subscriptions are crucial to keeping this Substack (and me) going. The truth is really important; all that really matters to me is that it gets out there. The vacuum of crucial information on what the Sask Party government is up to is a big part of what’s destroying democracy in Saskatchewan.
Most of the damage is reversible, but not all of it. None of it will be if it’s allowed to continue much longer.
Good news is this community of like-minded Saskatchewanians (and engaged ex-pats) is continuing to grow, slowly but surely. I promise you that there are more people out there than you realize who are as disgusted as you are by the way the current iteration of the Sask Party government is running our beautiful province into the ground.
We need to stick together over these crucial next twelve months, because we’re headed for another provincial election and if the Sask Party takes another massive, overwhelming majority, meaning another four corrupt years unscrutinized and unaccountable…
… honestly, I don’t know how to finish that sentence. It’s kind of unfathomable to me.
When I started doing this work so many years ago, I thought things were going downhill but never dreamt we’d see the province in the position its in today. I can’t fathom where we’ll end up if we secure another four years of the same greedy, garbage politicians forming a monolithic government.
With that said - thank you so much for all your kind words and support in every form. It’s humbling and I’m so grateful that each and every one of you is here.

Meanwhile, I’ve finally got COVID-19.
It was a good run - I hadn’t been sick at all since before the pandemic. After three days I don’t feel terrible, but certainly not well. More than anything this virus is just exhausting.
My plan this week is to publish a short piece with an update to one of the Sask Party Insiders posts, but I’m probably going to be forced to rest a bit as well. Just writing this post wore me out, so forgive me if it’s more rambly than usual.
