In 2007 the Sask Party mocked a floundering Saskatchewan NDP for trying to connect Brad Wall to Grant Devine, who had been “gone” for fifteen years. They howled at the NDP for trotting mild-mannered Premier Calvert across the provincial countryside to announce projects he'd already announced.

It screamed "no new ideas."
