Saskatchewan's New Distance Learning Centre Needs To Take A Lesson On Doing What's Right
This thing is a convoluted scam designed to continue to centralize any power it can grab into the hands of Sask Party politicians, while gutting each school board's morale and paltry cash reserves.
I’ve been working on a post about Golden Opportunities (which will be finished this week), but the K-12 education saga in Saskatchewan is getting wilder by the minute so I decided to shift gears and get at it.
We’re going to talk about this year’s funding for independent schools and the Distance Learning Corporation (DLC).
What can I say besides what the actual f**k is going on? Things are getting stupider by the day with the Saskatchewan government. It’s just… mind-blowing how bad things are getting.
With that, let’s start with the DLC, because holy moly.
