There Is Not a Single Redeeming Sentence in Paul Merriman's Health Care "Plan"

I tried, honestly, but there isn't.

I finally got around to having a look at the “plan” released recently by Health Minister Paul Merriman, purportedly to fix Saskatchewan’s health care system.

I’m not sure why Merriman felt compelled to release a “plan” at all, given his ongoing insistence that the smoking rubble of the province’s health care system is operating just fine, thank you.

It’s a six-page plan.
