Got a note back from Doug Emsley.
I’m so flattered that my little Substack gets such attention from so many people who like to pretend it doesn’t exist.
So utterly predictable that McKercher is involved.
In case you haven’t read it, I wrote about the relationship between McKercher and the provincial government a few weeks ago. Here’s the whole thing if you’d like to refresh your memory:
Anyway. Lol.
I am well aware of my constitutional freedom of speech. I’m also well-versed in the laws around the same. Every single line I wrote is backed up by facts - in fact there were plenty I spared, Patty, including the testimony from the Allan Walker trial.
I don’t care who you are or how much money you have, you don’t get to tell people to “cease and desist” for telling the truth.
I use facts (you know, Patty darling, like the ones you seemingly missed on the Bridgeway deal) and there’s not a damn thing you can do about that.
What I know for sure is people with nothing to hide don’t act like this.
Here’s what’s likely going to happen next.
Before the end of this week I will absolutely be publishing the second half of the piece on Doug Emsley and his connections to the Sask Party government. In fact you better buckle up sweethearts, cause referencing Hansard, payee disclosure reports and more, I’m going to be talking about SRG, cybersecurity and the SLGA.
Then one of three things will happen:
nothing;
I’ll get another super scary letter from Dolores Umbridge here;
or they’ll try to proceed with some kind of legal action, at least in an effort to financially punish me.
I welcome that last one.
Cause if that happens, the story of why a former director of the Bank of Canada and the CEO of a corporation currently trading on the TSX is sending threatening letters to a Substack writer that make him sound like a terrified little boy … becomes national news in Canada.
So will Doug Emsley’s super tight, longtime relationship with John Gormley, who is all over this, guaranteed. I mean, certainly fits what’s left of his rather fragile modern day profile, no?
Oh and of course, former Bank of Canada director Doug Emsley’s extremely close connection to Brad Wall will be of interest to the Canadian public on that one as well.
I will then select one of the many standing offers of free legal counsel I have on board to handle it. That Statement of Defense will also go to all national media. In fact, I bet even local media covers it.
If there’s even more bullshit from Patty, one of my very very loyal supporters will start a GoFundMe, because Patty and Doug, a lot of Saskatchewan people hate you people.
The GFM will be well supported, meaning I can publicly drag this out all day long and then some… and still win.
The end result, of course, will be massive exposure for the truth I just wrote and am about to write about Doug Emsley; more subscribers for my work and ultimately, total vindication.
Cause even if they do in Saskatchewan, in Canada these type of authoritarian, goon-like tactics still don’t fly and Doug, your profile is plenty high enough that we can take this wherever you want to go.
So come at me, bitches.
I’ll wait.
Talk soon,
